Client Service Training Director
This position will entail speaking with Optometrists, Opticians, and Office Managers and teaching them how to use a proprietary web based program.
You must be able to learn this software and communicate it with others. Experience in the eyecare field and or with Officemate practice management software will be considered first.
We are a growing technology company looking for dedicated, serious, experienced full time people to grow with us.
Responsibilities include:
* Calling clients to schedule phone appointments
* Following up with client status to assure customer satisfaction
* Setting up and inputting client information for use in a proprietary web based system of analysis
* Must be proficient & fast using a computer and the internet
* Must be comfortable using e-mail, word, and learning new software.
This position requires a detailed oriented person who is good at note taking, organization, and follow ups.
You must be a positive, articulate person that is comfortable communicating with others as well as a good listener.
There will be lots of learning and your job will revolve around the telephone and the computer as well as webinars.
You must be at ease following up with clients and organization skills and have a minimum of 2 years experience.
